JOB TITLE:  Manufacturing Planner 2 - Systems & Test

 Job Details: 
  Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
 Clearance:  Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (preferred, not required to start)
 Shifts:  A Shift: 6:00 AM start, 10-hour shift;  B Shift: 4:00 PM start, 10-hour shift (training on A shift, then transition to B shift)

Summary:  
  Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define/document as-built configuration. 
 Support integration of suppliers, processes, materials, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. 
 Review supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing needs. 
 Identify tooling requirements and initiate/tooling orders; assist in tooling dispositions. 
 Investigate and resolve limited-scope manufacturing issues. 
 Contribute to reproducibility assessments, design input, process improvements, and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments. 
 Review, maintain, and monitor internal documents. Work under general supervision.
 
Requirements:
  Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (preferred, not required to start)
 AA degree in a related discipline + 1+ years of experience, OR equivalent education/experience
 Level 2: 2+ years related work experience OR equivalent technical education/experience
 Level 3: 5+ years related work experience OR equivalent technical education/experience
 2+ years    experience in manufacturing planning & production support
 Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
 Ability to read, interpret, and enforce standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, drawings, and procedures
 Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
 Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
