Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an R&O Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Compiling Repair & Overhaul Documentation packs
• Compiling New manufactured product Documentation
• To prepare component Log Cards for New Build and Repair & Overhaul units in a timely and efficient manner.
• To prepare component Manufacturing Inspection Reports for New Build deliveries.
• To prepare component Equipment Condition Labels for Repair & Overhaul units in a timely and efficient manner.
• To be responsible for the filing, retrieval and printing of records from microfiche and SAP Document Management System.
• To sort and prepare records to be archived in SAP Document Management System.
• Load, update and validate the status of component serial numbers into the company serialisation and tracking system.

• Proficient use of Excel, SAP (desirable)

Shift on weekly rotation
Shift 1
0600 to 1400 hrs Monday to Thursday inclusive
0600 to 1200 hrs Friday
Shift 2
1400 to 2200 hrs Monday to Thursday inclusive
1200 to 1800 hrs Friday
Site based
12 month contract initially
