Job Purpose The Claim Specialist is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end claims and repair process within the current authorization limits. This role interacts directly with internal and external customers to analyze and resolve claims, supports commercial and logistics customer service activities, and works with the local team to deliver a premium after‑sales experience that drives customer satisfaction and business growth. All activities must align with the Company values.

Temporary position for a 1.5‑year term, with potential for contract renewal. 

What are your responsibilities? 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of claims and repairs: receive, investigate, decide (within authorization), and close cases.
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and agree corrective actions.
  • Coordinate logistics for returns, repairs and replacements; liaise with warehouses, carriers and repair centers.
  • Prepare and issue proforma invoices, credit notes or other commercial documents as required.
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and update CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and proposing corrective/preventive actions.
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, ITO, OTC and Distribution teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. 

What makes you a good fit for this role?

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in after‑sales, customer service, claims handling or a similar role (preferably in B2B/industrial environment).
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic familiarity with order-to-cash or logistics processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer‑focused.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions within authorization limits.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and resilience under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude toward process improvement and learning.
  • Languages: Polish (native) and English (min. B2);
