What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Associates degree plus four years of experience in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
- Preferred Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in related field 
- Minimum of two years' experience in internal customer and end user support roles 
- Minimum of two years' experience in software application administration or development 
- Proficient with technology (hardware, software, terminal services) 
- Intermediate presentation, publishing and reporting skills in MS applications including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
- Strong IT customer service skills for supporting end user application issues 
- Experience with Technical Publication content management systems, Trax MRO ERP software, and ITAR EASE a plus -   -   - The rewards of your career at AAR go far beyond just your salary: -

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000 to $58,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
