Administrative Assistant / Office Clerk

Job Description:

Pay Range: $14-15.50

Shift: 1st shift, M - F 7:00am – 3:30pm, some mandatory & voluntary over time on SATs

ON-SITE work only

Open to US Citizens & US Permanent Residents

Job Details:
• Keep Quality records and archiving files
• Managing and organizing files (physical and digital)
• Prepare and scan documents
• Scanning / Upload to the D2 system
• Maintaining records, Data entry databases, and filing systems
• Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets (MS Excel)
• Handling data entry with accuracy
• Ordering Office Supplies and maintaining office supplies
• Assisting with: Billing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping ( this experience is a plus)

This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40
