Job Summary:

It offers the opportunity to help develop optimum solutions for business challenges and to develop a broad network of contacts within Raytheon, Corporate Office, and across other Raytheon Technologies business units. The Raytheon Intercompany and Supplier Accounting team is responsible for all financial and cost accounting aspects of intercompany agreements, supplier financing arrangements, and more. The selected team member will develop a well-rounded understanding of Raytheon accounting structure and system. The experience gained will provide a foundation for continued broadening of financial experience at Raytheon.
What You Will Do:
Helping ensure new arrangements such as milestone IOTs, RASC short-term deployments, and transfer pricing are compliant with Tax strategy.
Maintenance of Master Data in preparation for SAP migration to S4.
Cross-business intercompany implementation of new policy and profit transfer analysis / implementation and sustainment.
Tax Master Data monitoring.
Backout and correction of PO-related issues.
Working with Government Accounting to support special burden reviews.
Other month-end close and reporting activities as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Typically requires 8+ years’ relevant financial experience; or an advanced degree and 5 years’ relevant financial experience
Experienced user of SAP (APEX), Analysis for Office, MS Excel or similar financial systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting.
CPA license.
Comprehensive understanding of GAAP.
Aptitude for systems and tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team setting and independently.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
